Service Description
The Service allows users to upload product manuals and receive automated analyses of their compliance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and related requirements.
The analysis is generated using AI technology and internal evaluation structures. It is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or compliance advice.
We make no guarantee that any report or recommendation produced by the Service ensures or certifies regulatory compliance.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide only lawful, non-confidential materials for analysis.
- Refrain from uploading content that infringes third-party rights or contains personal data.
- Use the results responsibly and verify them independently before relying on them.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, its code, design, and content remain with us or our licensors. Generated reports may be downloaded for your internal use but may not be resold or redistributed without prior written permission.
Payments and Refunds
Access to the quick compliance check is free of charge. Access to detailed recommendation reports is subject to a one-time fee processed securely via Stripe.
As the reports constitute digital content delivered upon completion, no refunds are available once a report has been generated and delivered to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:
- Any loss or damage arising from reliance on the Service's automated analysis, or
- Any indirect or consequential damages.
Availability and Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend these Terms, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
